Picked up the pace on training this week, after a few subpar weeks. Had one interval, and 2 days of weights and plyos. Got a little sidetracked at the end of the week with the cold rain.

Total - 24
Interval 1 - 6 x 400 @ 1:18, 400 jog between - 7 stadiums
