What a crappy couple of weeks! After skiing, I have not been motivated, been sick a couple times, or felt too busy with work or other activities to keep my running on track. This week was a good week for getting running accomplished, but every run was a struggle for my body, since I have NOT been in the habit of running consistently for almost a month now! I'm going to push through these struggles for a couple weeks, and then try to get some track work in mid-April to see if it gets me going again.
