Another week of struggling! And, my third girl was born on Monday, interrupting my routine! I managed a few miles though... I'm a dad again!

I run mostly for fitness, but occasionally have had the motivation to train to a more competitive level. For instance - I ran sub-5 minute miles in high school - then not again until I was in my 30's!
