Another Week!

Feeling pretty good this week. Unlike previous weeks, where running reminded me of my hamstring, even if it wasn't bad, this week I felt nothing odd in my left hamstring. I was able to comfortably push my intervals, and feel like I'm adding some good capacity and base. I will start adding speed in May, and running at the all-comers meets.

Total - 32
Intervals - 200, 400, 600, 600, 400, 200 @ 5:20 mile pace, short recovery; 8 x 2 minutes, ~600, short recovery
