Last Hard Week

Last week of hard training - I got 3 hard workouts in. I will do one hard workout next week, and then easy runs and stretching getting ready for San Diego.

I ran 600 time trials with two other TI runners on Thursday morning - tough! Then, I tried running an 800 time trial on Saturday - but, it apparently wasn't enough recovery time for me. My time was ok, but the last lap, my legs were dead, and I couldn't go any faster! One more medium hard workout on Tuesday, and then the meet next weekend. Looks like I will be running 1200 and mile instead of 800 at this point.

Interval 2 - 600 Time Trials (1:35.9, 1:38.5)
Interval 3 - 800 Time Trial @ 2:14.22 (1:04.4, 1:09.82)
