Last week was very lazy... we spent a week on a Carnival cruise, and it wasn't much fun running around the smokestack. I only managed one day of running.

This week started off ok - ran an 8 mile run at 7:00 per mile, and felt pretty good. I also ran the first half of a 20 mile run with Luke in Dallas on Saturday morning - We took it easy, and averaged 7:17 miles... we were running bandit, so there wasn't really a great reason to push hard!
