Continuing...
After my sick week, I didn't manage as much as I wanted, but felt good while running - my hamstring had only slight tenderness - I think the easy running and stretching helped. I also added in some weight training for my legs to balance myself out. I am going to try to run 7-8 miles tomorrow as my long run, so I'll shoot for 16-20 miles this week.
