After my sick week, I didn't manage as much as I wanted, but felt good while running - my hamstring had only slight tenderness - I think the easy running and stretching helped. I also added in some weight training for my legs to balance myself out. I am going to try to run 7-8 miles tomorrow as my long run, so I'll shoot for 16-20 miles this week.

I got a pretty bad flu, and haven't run in a week. I'm still coughing, but am finally feeling well enough that I should be able to start running again soon.

Ok Week

Another week, more mileage. I didn't run on Saturday, so my total is a little less than my goal - but, when you're not feeling well, I guess it's best not to run!

A few more miles

Another week, another few miles. This week was only slightly more miles, mainly because of the icy and wet weather we had here. But, I'm still chugging along, and that's good!
