On Wednesday, I ran 2.4 miles of hills - brutal. I will try to run some capacity repeats next Sunday and 1.6 miles of hills on Wednesday.

Split many of my 6 mile runs into a morning 3 mile run and an evening 3 mile run... my theory is that I will run them faster, and the split workout will be better for my overall fitness. My achilles do not like the added stress, though. :)

Another week of struggling! And, my third girl was born on Monday, interrupting my routine! I managed a few miles though... I'm a dad again!
