What a crappy couple of weeks! After skiing, I have not been motivated, been sick a couple times, or felt too busy with work or other activities to keep my running on track. This week was a good week for getting running accomplished, but every run was a struggle for my body, since I have NOT been in the habit of running consistently for almost a month now! I'm going to push through these struggles for a couple weeks, and then try to get some track work in mid-April to see if it gets me going again.

Well, it's been a couple weeks since I logged any mileage. I managed a little under 20 miles TOTAL in the two unlogged weeks - one week was shortened by my ski trip, and the other because I was sick. This week, it's back to "normal"! I haven't run any track work, and probably won't for another week.
