Managed one more heavy weights day and plyos. Hopefully it will help both my running, and my skiing this weekend!

Picked up the pace on training this week, after a few subpar weeks. Had one interval, and 2 days of weights and plyos. Got a little sidetracked at the end of the week with the cold rain.

Interval 1 - 6 x 400 @ 1:18, 400 jog between - 7 stadiums

Lazy week - when I got busy, I didn't have the motivation to run at night or early in the morning... did manage a day of weights and plyometrics.

Was able to do some running this week to get back into the habit. Ran Wednesday with a running/plyometric fitness class. I have the running ability, but no balance or form - so the class was pretty tough! I will probably try to do it a few more times.
